North Texas Gluten Intolerance Group and Gluten Intolerance Group of N.A. are proud to announce that the 2008 GIG National Education Conference will be held in the Fort Worth/Dallas, Texas area on June 6-7, 2008. Attached is the registration brochure highlighting the programs and speakers. Also, the brochure will show up in many of your mailboxes at home.
We hope that you will make plans to attend next year's conference. We have a great line-up of speakers, over 40 outstanding gluten-free food vendors will be ready to show off their gluten free products, plus you'll have a chance to meet other gluten intolerance folks from every part of the country.
