The Patty James Cooking School will hold a Gluten-Free Baking class on Saturday, March 29th, from 9:30-1:00 at her location in Sebastopol. She designed this class in response to our request. She has the only certified organic cooking school in the United States, and is a well-known and talented chef and speaker, with an emphasis on nutrition.

A Gluten Free Baking Day!
Join us for a day of gluten free baking. We'll begin with Appleasauce Pancakes and Blueberry Muffins for breakfast and then move on to Nuts and Seeds Multi-Grain Sandwich Bread (with hummus and veggies) for lunch and finally, Vanilla Bean Pound Cake with (hopefully) fresh strawberries!
Join us for this fun and delicious class. $65.00 per person
