Whatcom County, WA - 1st Gluten-Free Food Fair

Everyone is Invited ! to this FREE activity from 1-6 PM on Saturday, May 17th

Raising awareness for HB 70 (still in committee) to make May officially "Celiac Awareness Month" will go a long way to raising awareness for gluten sensitive enteropathy. The most serious form of the condition being Celiac Disease and Dermatitis Herpetiformis.

To this end, The Fairhaven Food Pavilion in Bellingham, WA is hosting this event with gluten-free food samples, cooking demos and information booths. Volunteers from the local Bellingham Gluten Intolerance Group will be manning the demo and info tables, so there will be lots of gluten free folks on hand to help with questions.
