The Benevolent Kitchen will be leading a hands-on workshop using various bread recipes adjusted for gluten free diets.
At least one bread will be dairy as well as gluten free.
All supplies will be provided and the facility is dedicated gluten free and kosher!
Printed versions of the recipes will available.
