This Symposium will take place in Lake Villa Illinois at Lakes Community High School
located at 1600 Eagle Way in Lake Villa at the corners of Grass Lake & Deep Lake Rd.
We will have 3 guests speakers including a Dr. Michael williamson, Nutritionist Carol
Chiders, and the former National Celiac Sprue Association (C.S.A.) President Ruth smith.
We will have numerous booths offering information on support groups, gluten free magazines,
bakeries, and many gluten free samples for you to try and take home. You can also pick up
information on the Gluten Free Group Cruise being planned on Carnival Cruise Lines Carnival
Triumph March 29th - april 5th 2009 sailing to the Eastern Caribbean.
Yummy Gluten Free Lunches can be purchased and we will aslo be raffeling off some great prizes!
