The CSA/GC (Celiac Sprue Association of Greater Chicago) is hosting a Gluten-Free Dining Event on Wednesday, February 4th, at the Burgundy Bistro, 3462 W. Vollmer Road, Olympia Fields, IL, at 7 pm!
This is a gourmet restaurant. Owner/chef Tamara has Celiac Disease and will be preparing a gluten-free feast!
The menu will include your choice of appetizer, soup, main course with side dish, gluten-free breads and rolls, and a special gluten-free dessert created by Tamara. Drinks are extra. Price is $29.84 including tax and gratuity.

We hope to see you there! Usually CSA/GC events take place in the north or northwest suburbs of Chicago, and those of us who live south have been waiting a long time for a gourmet event like this! Won't you joint us?
