You won't want to miss the delicious luncheon that Special Eats' Gluten-Free Support Groups is hosting at Maggiano's on Saturday, March 14! The chef created an amazing gluten-free and Gluten-free Casein-free menu with vegetarian options. And thanks to our wonderful sponsors there will be Gluten-free Casein-free bread on each table from Breads from AnnaR, bruschetta with Gluten-free Casein-free (and egg-free) bread from DaLuciano's Restaurant, and Gluten-free Casein-free cookies from the Naperville Whole Foods. No one will go home hungry!
Carol Shilson, executive director of The University of Chicago Celiac Center will share current trends and new research in celiac disease and gluten intolerance. Remember this luncheon is not a "celiacs-only" event.
