In an effort to help educate and introduce people to more gluten free options in Whatcom County, WA, Terra Organica and the Bellingham Public Market (corner of Cornwall & York at 1530 Cornwall Ave) are hosting the 2nd Annual Whatcom County Gluten Free Food Fair in conjunction with the Bellingham Gluten Intolerance Group (BGIG). Local medical practitioners such as nutritionist/cookbook authors Tom Malterre and Ali Segerstern of Whole Life Nutrition and Dr. Jean Layton of Natural Health Bellingham will be available to answer questions.
