Hipp Kitchen has developed a certification program for restaurants. We design prix fixe menus that are FREE of gluten, dairy, soy, shellfish, peanuts and are low sugar. Each menu reflects the Chef's culinary POV. Then we have a big dinner at the restaurant so the allergenista community can experience the ambiance, service and food. The menu becomes a permanent part of the restaurant's portfolio.
