What: Gluten Free Food Informational Meeting and Cooking Demonstration

In attendance will be Kim Ullner, Owner of 1-2-3 Gluten Free, Inc. and VP
of Programming, Gluten Sensitive Support Group
We are pleased to have Kim Ullner come and speak with us regarding Celiac
Disease and the gluten-free diet. She will be discussing how to prepare the
right foods to eat. Kim will answer questions regarding gluten-free grains
(and common myths of grains that are not allowed on the gluten-free diet)
and will demonstrate how to make some delicious, but easy-to-prepare gluten-
free items. Of course, there will be plenty for you to taste and lots of
opportunity to have your questions answered. Whether you are new to the
diet or an old-pro, this is a great opportunity to learn some new tricks.
