Pizza-Making Class and Support Meeting in Sonoma County - Sign up now, there are still spaces left Saturday, February 20th, 2:30 - 4:30 p.m. Our own North Bay Celiacs chef, Guy Giordanengo, "The Gluten-Free Guy," will teach us how to make the delicious and popular gluten-free pizza he developed for a restaurant and makes for his family. This is a fun hands-on class, and we will be tasting the pizza we make, taste-testing commercial brands, and taking some home. This will also serve as our quarterly support group meeting and we will take time to welcome new members and talk. Gluten-Free Guy is generously donating his time so the cost of the class will be a modest materials fee only, the precise amount to be determined after we buy the ingredients, no more than $20 per participant. This class is aimed at adults, but older children are welcome to participate (reduced fee) if we have room. The class will be held at a private home north of Sebastopol with a large open kitchen. To sign up, please email Jennifer Iscol at info@northbayceliacs.org with the number of adults and children.
