Chef to Plate is a national public awareness campaign for gluten intolerance diseases. the program is run in conjunction with restaurants offering gluten-free menus. Restaurant participation is free.
In 2009 GIG partnered with companies in the US and Canada to bring this program to the public. The program reached nearly 2 million people in the US and Canada in its first year.
Once again, GIG is inviting all support organizations and companies interested, to join us in this awareness campaign.
