If the answer is yes to any of the above questions, please come to a class called "Living Gluten-Free" on March 15 in San Francisco. Alison St. Sure be speaking at the Community Health Resource Center at California Pacific Medical Center from 6-8 pm. This class will provide you with invaluable information about the gluten-free diet. Topics include symptoms, diagnosis and follow-up, shopping, cooking, product information and more!
