We are awaiting the official flyer and announcement, but in the meantime here is a message from the organizer:
"It will be 8:30-4:30 at Tresidder Student Union at Stanford. Dr. Gary Gray has put together a stellar list of guest speakers, and we have organized several breakout sessions as well, including a nutritionist talk, a special presentation by Amici's for restaurant owners about gluten-free menus. a kids panel, a teen panel, and a few others. And of course there will be a vendor fair and gluten-free lunch for all."
This conference SELLS OUT. Registration is capped at 500 guests. So if you would like to go, I suggest you purchase tickets early.
Attending a celiac conference is inspiring and valuable in countless ways, and the Stanford Celiac Conference has always been excellent. The last one at Stanford was in 2006. We are lucky to have a celiac conference in our area. I highly recommend it!
