Gluten Free Baking Class Saturday April 24.
Join award winning TV Chef/Instructor Oonagh Williams for the next in a series of Interactive Gluten Free Baking Classes. Chef Oonagh has a gluten intolerant son, cooks from scratch with real ingredients, and successfully adapts regular flour baked goods to Gluten Free. During the class you will learn how to make from scratch and then enjoy Gluten Free Easy Chocolate Fudge Cake with Chocolate Ganache glaze, gluten-free Corn Bread/Muffins/Toaster Cakes which we will then make into a corn bread stuffing, and gluten-free Graham Crackers which we will then make into a no bake chocolate cheesecake mousse. Class will be held on Saturday April 24 from 1-4 pm in Merrimack, NH. Only $50 per person. A $20 deposit is required to hold your place. Full written recipes will be provided, as well as discussion on gluten-free foods, label reading and avoiding cross contamination.
