Award Winning Chef/Instructor Oonagh Williams will make gluten free, from scratch, easy fudge chocolate cake with chocolate ganache during her gluten free presentation to Nashua NH's senior citizen association. This is part one of a three part series of cooking classes. Chef Oonagh has a gluten intolerant son and will discuss how to follow a gluten free diet with real food easily made or bought. Attendees will get to discuss and choose what other gluten free dishes they wish to make in next two classes. Chef Oonagh has been the featured chef on NH WMUR's cooks corner for more than 10 years, has always cooked from scratch with real ingredients and has easily adapted regular flour recipes to gluten-free.
