Gluten-free mini Getaway.
Whether it's the beauty of the Hudson Valley at any time of the year - the
ambiance of the Campus of the CIA - the great touring - the great camaraderie
of the people that join us from all over the U.S and Canada - or, could it be the
unreal Gluten-free food that is specially prepared just for US.
We'll tour some of the historic sites of the area and enjoy one of the area's Organic
wineries during "crush" - wash your feet folks.

Certified Master Baker Chef Richard Coppedge of the CIA and author of the highly
acclaimed Gluten-free Baking and, once again, be able to enjoy the treats of a
popular Gluten-free local restaurant and bakery Soul Dog - To the gourmet
Gluten-free Italian Luncheon at the Ristorante Caterina de' Medici - and then
an elegant dinner in the French classic style of the Escoffier Restaurant.
Some have said that we should dub this the Gluten-free Glutton Getaway - and
these are the people who have come back for more. Even the Glutonians rave
about THE FOOD.
