On our previous Getaway to Down Under we fell in love with New Zealand.
Even though the group only visited the North Island, we went to the South
Island a couple of days before their arrival to explore it for possible future
Getaways. Because of that visit and what we were able to enjoy on the
North Island, we knew that the next time we went Down Under we would
want our members to have the opportunity to really get to know more about
this wonderfully diverse country.
From the stunning landscapes, towering mountains, pristine lakes, rivers,
thermal wonderlands and superb beaches - we have a schedule which is
designed to show off of the beauty and wonder of this country, which is
where the movie world came to film such blockbusters as Avatar and Lord
of the Rings.
The British influenced cities of Wellington and Christchurch are not to be
missed. Beautiful Gothic structures and quaint neighborhoods. Then too
