GLUTEN-FREE mini GETAWAY VIII

We're proud to announce our 8th (eighth) mini Getaway to this beautiful area of New
York in the spring and the Culinary Institute of America campus - one of the premier
Culinary Schools in the World.
We'll have a meet-and-greet the first evening at the hotel with the CIA's Certified
Master Bakery Chef Instructor and Author - Richard Coppedge.
The next day is busy - after breakfast at the hotel, we'll have a tour of the CIA
Campus. Then Lunch at the CIA's Saint Andrew's Cafe. Following that we'll head out
for Millbrook Vineyards & Winery for a tour and tasting. Later that evening, we'll
have dinner at another of the CIA's restaurants the Ristorante Caterina de' Medici.
Friday after breakfast we'll take a short ride down the road - or is it up to the
mountain top - to the Mohonk Mountain Resort, America's oldest family-owned
resort built in 1869. We'll have a tour of the grounds and building; a Chef's Talk on
culinary traditions in their kitchen; and a specially arranged Gluten-free lunch.
As always all we have designed and arranged special Gluten-free meals.
The last time we offered this mini Getaway it sold out and we had to turn people
away. We are limited to about 40 persons due to the space available for groups at
the CIA's restaurants. Make your reservations as soon as you can.
