Michigan Capital Celiac/DH Group Chapter 43 of the Celiac Sprue Association in cooperation with the School of Hospitality Michigan State University will sponsor a Celiac Awareness Dinner on April 12 at the Kellogg Center with a complete gluten free dinner including appetizers with wine, salad, lasagna, chicken breasts, Oriental Stir Fry with shrimp or tofu,and cheesecake.
