Learn to roll our gluten free pasta dough using a rolling pin, hand crank
machine, using an attachment to the mixer and an electric pasta maker.
Pizza will be shaped and banked on a heated stone. Learn how to make a
gluten free pizza that will make everyone think they were in Italy.
We will learn how to make three different types of pasta:
Buckwheat Linguini
Millet Spaghetti
Cranberry and Sweet Potato Pasta
