I would like to make you aware of a health conference that my wife and I are sponsoring in Edina Minnesota March 15th. Our daughter was diagnosed in the autism spectrum at a young age, and after many years of doctors, drugs and rehabs, we discovered that she was allergic to gluten, dairy, sugar to name a few. With the change of her diet(removing gluten), she became a new girl. 9 years later she is a well adjusted 15 year old girl going to the school of performing arts in St. Paul. My wife has written a book on our story and has a gluten free cook book in it and started an organization called Kingdom Kids Nutrition, and her heart is to train mothers, families how to implement a diet
change, shopping, menu planning etc. She has cracked the code to gluten free cooking and it all tastes amazing! She makes lunches every morning for our 5 children.
