Victoria’s first 100% gluten-free* event is a celebration of Vancouver Island’s exceptional gluten-free community!
Deliciously interactive, 5000 attendees are expected to enjoy a fantastic line-up of chefs, quality speakers, local manufacturers and top-tier sponsors.
Samples of beer and flavoured vodkas will be served - a gluten-free first – bar none!
*No gluten containing food will be allowed on site. Full allergen disclosures will be posted at each booth. The Gluten Free Gala is endorsed by the Canadian Celiac Association.
