Tickets are now on sale for this Thriving Gluten-Free workshop at the ocean view Encinitas Library Auditorium.

* Diagnosed with celiac disease herself 25 years ago, Melinda Dennis MS, RD, LDN coauthored Real Life with Celiac Disease with Dr. Daniel Leffler and was elected to the Executive Board of the prestigious North American Society for the Study of Celiac Disease this past year. She was a twice-featured dietitian speaker at the 2013 International Celiac Disease Symposium and recently presented at the Falk Symposium in Amsterdam. Melinda is the Nutrition Coordinator of the Celiac Center at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a Harvard teaching hospital in Boston, where she offers expert nutrition counseling in gluten related disorders. She offers nutrition consulting, wellness retreats, and clinician training through her consulting business, Delete the Wheat.
