The Gluten Free Expo is the first international exhibition in Italy entirely dedicated to food and the gluten-free products. It targets to those involved in this food intolerance: coeliac, companies, the catering staff; these can found in the Gluten Free Expo all the necessary resources for education, information and promotion of gluten-free products.
