We'll board the River Baroness in Paris. Sail down the River Seine through the scenic, inspirational countryside of northern France that inspired the French impressionists. Stand on the ground of the D-Day invasion - a moving and informative day of spine chilling emotions. Stroll through quaint villages and medieval castles dating back to Richard the Lionhearted. See the site where Joan of Arc was martyred. Visit Monet's beautiful summer gardens in Giverny that inspired so many of his great works of art. ALL shore excursions are included.
On our previous cruises with Uniworld their chef's have taken pride in the Gluten-free foods we have been served. Including breads, baked desserts and foods indigenous to the areas.
After we disembark in Paris we'll spend 3 days in Paris exploring the delights including panoramic tours of the Eiffel Tower, Montmarte and Notre Dame. Plus an optional excursion to Henry the XIII's Versaille. As always we will arrange Gluten-free meals during the tour. We will personally escort this tour as we do on all of our Gluten-free Getaways.
