Camp Celiac was founded in 2007. At 138 acre Camp Arroyo, Camp Celiac's campers, counselors, and junior counselors eat delicious gluten-free food and enjoy traditional camp activities such as a ropes course, rock climbing, zip-lining, swimming, archery, arts and crafts, talent share, skit night, and outdoor sports. Three meals a day without having to ask if any of the foods are gluten free is life changing for many campers and staff! Camp Celiac will be back in person at Camp Arroyo for summer 2022! Please visit the Information tab above for eligibility requirements. Registration opens February 1, 2022.
Camp Celiac recognizes The Taylor Family Foundation for hosting our camp at Camp Arroyo. The Taylor Family Foundation's mission is to preserve the wellness and enhance the quality of life for children in Northern California with life-threatening and chronic illnesses, disabilities, and youth at risk through unique therapeutic experiences and support. Please consider a donation to The Taylor Family Foundation and to Camp Celiac!
