Connie Sarros, author of 4 gluten-free cookbooks, will be the guest speaker at the Huntsville, AL celiac support group meeting on Thursday, April 7th. Her topic is "Everything You Wanted To Know About Gluten-free Baking". The meeting time is 7 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. at the Corporate University, 109 Governors Dr., Room 131.
