The Celiac Sprue Association of the Greater Kansas City area will hold their
monthly support group meeting on Sunday February 1, 2004 at 2 P.M. at the St
Joseph Medical Center. The medical center is located at I-435 and State Line
Road. Just follow the directions to the emergency room. It is the building
located just beyond the emergency entrance to the medical center.
Our speaker this month is Karen Breshears. Karen is a Registered Dietician
and is an instructor of Food & Nutritin at Central Missouri State
University.
