"Gluten and Wheat-Free Cooking for Celiacs"

$50 (class# SM0714) - Prepay with registration.
Children age 10 and up may join the class at the full adult price.
This is a demonstration class, lasts about 2 to 2-1/2 hours.
Students will receive a tasting portion of every dish and a recipe
packet to take home. Meal includes up to two glasses of wine.

The class will be led by Carolyn McCune, a registered dietitian
and certified diabetes educator with over 20 years of experience in
clinical dietetics and community education. She currently works
for Mills Peninsula Health Services in a variety of inpatient and
outpatient settings, including in their diabetes and pregnancy
program. She loves to cook and in recent years, has been teaching
healthy cooking classes in the community.
In this class Carolyn will discuss the emotional and nutritional
challenges of gluten and wheat-free living and together with
Draeger's Cooking School staff, will show you how to prepare
some delicious new recipes and adapt old ones to add variety,
taste and satisfaction to your meals.

Grilled Ahi Tuna and Avocado Tomato Salad
Crispy Potatoes da Delfina with Lime and Spring Onion Gremolata
Vanilla Poached Nectarines with Creme Anglaise and Almond Cookies
