The Community Health Resource Center of the California Pacific

is offering 2 patient education sessions on celiac disease, open
to the public. A $10 donation will be requested at the door,
and gluten free refreshments will be provided. The first one
will be held this week on Wednesday, Sept. 7, from 6:30 - 8pm.

What is it? Do you have it? Learn how to live and live well
with it. In the first of this two part series, you'll get all the
answers about the physiology, diagnosis and treatment of
celiac disease.

The speaker will be Alison St. Sure, who will talk about
her personal story of being a celiac. Other presenters will
be CHRC Registered Dieticans Heather D'Eliso Gordon
and Greta Macaire. Attendees will be able to discuss
and share ideas about gluten free products and resources.
