Registration and Packet Pickup:
PPU/Registration day @ Charm City Run on Saturday, May 15th from Noon till 5 PM, 2045 York Road, Call 410-561-3570 for directions. Race day registration starting at 8:30 am.
Directions and Parking:
From I-83 (Jones Falls Expressway)
Take I-83 S until it ends at Fayette St. Go straight and expressway turns into President St. Make a left onto Fleet St. Go about one mile and make right onto Boston St. Go one mile and the Arena will be on your left at Boston St. and Ellwood Ave.
From I-95 - South of the City
Take I-95 N through the Fort McHenry Tunnel. Shortly after the tollbooths, take Boston St. Exit. Take Boston St. West for about one mile. The Arena will be on your right at Boston St. and Ellwood Ave.
PARKING LOT AND OFF STREET PARKING AVAILABLE AS WELL AS PARKING ACROSS BOSTON STREET ON WATER FRONT.
Amenities:
T-shirt to all entrants and volunteers. Water and time splits on the 5k course. Gluten-free refreshments after the race. Raffles for a variety of prizes. Free raffle ticket for each $100 of fundraising (not including registration fee) received by 5/16/04.
Awards:
Top three male and female overall finishers; top masters, prizes to top three male and female winners in each age group division. All awards equal male and female, ten year age groups: 15 and under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and above. Awards ceremony in "Du" Burns Arena.
To Benefit:
Making Tracks for Celiacs benefits the Center for Celiac Research at the University of Maryland. Funds raised from this event will be used to support research programs and to increase awareness of celiac disease. Funds are administered by the UMB Foundation.
