Back From Weeks Vacation In Az (Safford, Tuscon And Phoenix)

Spent a week in Arizona started in Safford/Thatcher... the Denny's there is the only restraunt with a gluten-free menu...  NOT a fun expirience, but the owner called me today at home and we discussed their problems (outdated gluten-free menu, poor service) when I return in the spring I will return to the restraunt to see if they have improved... however their online gluten-free menu was a godsend they have alot of offering for all meals... also JD's while no gluten-free menu was helpful their salad bar had alot of things for their lettuce and flavorful burgers (without bun) and after talking with the chef/cook went back for supper a few nights later (when the same guy was working) and had their ribs

 

Tuscon... OMG Red Robin has a place in one of the malls... I cant wait to go back!  dedicated frier for the steak fries and sweet potatoe fries and those are endless!  and their burger buns almost had me fooled into thinking they gave me a regular one!  many choices and best of all I thought they really understood my/our "scared to eat out because of CC issues" the waiter brought the other 3 peoples meals to the table and a whole different guy brought out mine... not just me I was told thats "normal"... I would definately recommend this restraunt!

 

Phoenix I went to Barro's pizza... had many locations all over AZ and the pizza was good, altho their CC process could use some improvement... I did not get sick but I was nervous I was going to

      Hello, I hope I am posting this in the correct space, so apologies if not! After my last two endoscopies (2019 and 2024), I received the following comment in my report: Duodenal biopsy: Duodenal mucosa with mild intra-epithelial lymphocytosis in the presence of normal villous architecture. Comment: Findings are non-specific. They can be seen in coeliac disease, peptic or medication induced injury and H.pylori infection among others. Correlation with clinical findings and results of serological studies is recommended. I didn't have an ulcer and crohns disease was not mentioned to me.       My kids take Whole Earth & Sea Kid’s Multivitamin as per our naturopath’s recommendation. They’re chewable but can be crushed and added to juice or food. No gums or citric acid. GMO free and gluten free too.

      It has been a while and I would like to post an update. The hallucinations are completely gone. Thanks to one bottle of B1 as benfotiamine and one of B3 as niacin, both taken together. I will buy more. The other symptoms are still being treated. Now I can already affirm that the symptoms are part of Borderline Personality Disorder.       Hi, My six year old has been complaining of tingling in the legs off late. This used to be pretty common thing with her pre-diagnosis and a couple of weeks after the diagnosis as well. And now it is back again. I am not sure if it's a glutening symptom, or she could be deficient in something. I got her Pure Encapsulations' multivitamin capsule, which she is ok taking, but she began reacting to cellulose in the capsule. I don't know if I can just break the capsule and she could drink it in a smoothie. I haven't tried that yet, so do not know whether it'll be palatable to her.  If any of you know of a CGF multivitamin that do not contain any gums and are preferably free of citric acid, I'd greatly...

      Energy drink can has stains - potential gluten?

      It wasnt really eye catching, but they were small stains which looked like dried out liquid. I dont know if it was normal or shouldve been just completely clean. But if someone didnt pay attention, it wouldnt be noticeable.
