Does this definitely suggest Coeliac Disease?
The positive Anti-deamidated Gliadin IgA result (12 U/ml) suggests possible celiac disease, but it is not definitive on its own, as this marker can also be elevated in other conditions or even in non-coeliac gluten sensitivity (NCGS).
