WOW! I just got an incredible Christmas present - fresh, flown in from the coast,  Alaskan king crab legs!!!!! REAL seafood here in the middle of the country! I've been looking up the best way to cook it and it looks like 10 minutes in a 350 oven, in a baking dish with a little bit of water is not only easiest, but best tasting. (They say boiling makes them soggy, and steaming them is OK IF you have a big enough pot.)

I'll be leaving the shop a little early tonight, so think of me around 5:30 mountain time tonight. And if you listen very carefully you might just hear my "ummmm!" from here.

Merry Christmas, and happy New Year everybody!

My heart went into A-Fib following my recovery from Covid. It is now known that Covid is a catalyst for Long Haulers syndrome.  In Dec 2022 I missed the last booster until I was already incubating COVID. Became ill 5 days after the shot. I thought I was completely well 10 / 12 days later, felt great. Then collapsed on Feb 17, 2023 as my formerly perfect heart went into A-fib. This was the kickoff to so called Long Covid and a host of accompanying symptoms. A week prior to becoming ill, I had completed heart tests that showed my now damaged heart was in perfect condition.  Now I visit the cardiologist every 6 months as well as my endocrinologist who tests me every 3 months.  Because of this I'm on Flecainide every 12 hours and will be for life.  Fortunately, it's a very safe drug.

@placey0918 did you mean Nature’s Bounty? I’m not getting anything from Nature’s Bound.

@placey0918 thank you for your quick reply. I will look for those to see if I can source them near me.

Hi,  There are two brands I've trusted : ez melts and Nature's Bound. I personally don't take a multi vitamin, only get the ones my Dr. tells me I'm low in based on my annual test results, but I'm pretty sure both have one or something close for you. Quality ingredients grown  (mostly) and both have non GMO ingredients, plus are processed here in the US.

Thought I had a good multi-vitamin (365 for women) but this morning I began to feel a bit queasy at breakfast (all carefully selected gluten-free items), about 15 minute after dropping my vitamin. I’ve taken these for about a month and have overall felt more pep in my step, but never thought to look at the ingredients list until the nausea came on. You probably already guessed: yep. So I was just going to Google best gluten-free multi for women plus iron and go past the sponsored results when it occurred to me, I would be better to trust the forum than Google AI. Anyone have a recommendation that they would share?
