Chapstick, gum, cough drops, medications...HELP!

Top Brands of Gluten-Free Oat Cereal
In general if you see "gluten-free" on a label in the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, etc., it does mean that the food is safe for those with celiac disease, and it does NOT mean that there is 19ppm gluten in it, as some people might lead you to believe. Is Coffee Gluten-Free?
Actually if shared equipment with a top allergen, and wheat is one of them, as a best practice it should be disclosed on the ingredient label as "made in a facility that includes wheat" or "made on shared equipment with wheat." Most large companies now disclose any possible risk with the top 8 allergens, but not all companies do this.- celiac disease
