K so Ive been exhausted for like 2 months. The only thing ive changed is my ADD medication (Teva-Methylphenidate ER-C)

the ingredients are :methylphenidate hydrochloride 54 mg. Nonmedicinal ingredients: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol- polyethylene glycol copolymer and colloidal silica, simethicone, stearic acid, iron oxide yellow, iron oxide red, polyethylene glycol, and titanium dioxide.

Ive been on google for over an hour and cant find anything other than the non generic form is on the safe list (Concerta)

Does anyone have a link to share or some insight on this.

Call the manufacturer & ask. That's always the best thing to do.

Called the doctor and they said to call the pharmacist, pharmacist doesn't seem too concerned but never looked at the list of excipients.... Frustrating

Your best bet is to contact the manufacturer (as Squirmingitch suggested).

My doctor has no time to worry about medication containing gluten.  My pharmacist admitted that she does not have the time to help me, but recommended that I take responsibility and always contact the manufacturer.  My pharmacist did help by insuring that my thyroid replacement medication (Armour) is ordered in a full bottle, sealed and direct from the manufacturer.  I have to give her credit for being honest with me.  I also see her running around non-stop, so I believe that she is super busy.

Why did your doctor switch your medication?  Can you go back to your old brand?  How is your thyroid?

This is a bit off topic, but I subscribe to the Bicycling magazine.  I found this article fascinating about the impacts of cycling, swimming or running on ADHD.

I hope you figure it out!

You are more than welcome.  I think there are quite a lot of different types out there, my own nutritionist was a v. highly qualified scientist as well, but at least you can see what qualifications they are which seem to be quite well stated.  I wish you all well on your son's coeliac journey. Thanks for the info @knitty kitty! I really appreciate when people recommend things for me to try, it helps a lot! I will run this stuff by my doctor at my next appointment next week. It is also good to know I am not alone with the continued reactions though. It has been pretty difficult for me and has taken a bit of a toll on my mental health. Trying so hard and dedicating so much time to resolve this issue just to feel like I am running around in circles. But i'm glad to get some insight from people who have experienced the same thing. My family and friends just keep saying i'm crazy andthat i'm a hypochondriac. But the only thing that has gotten me this far in my journey and this close to figuring it out is not listening to them and believing in myself.

Thank you for responding.  Yes I am.  Infact, sometimes I think it's getting worse. How do you deal with it? I do the best I can but it has taken away my independence.

Thank you Cristiana. I will check them out.

Hi, @Dawn R., I get gluten ataxia.  It's very disconcerting.   Are you still experiencing gluten ataxia symptoms eating a gluten free diet?
