These are on sale on Krogers and both say gluten free. Are either of these "safe" for celiacs or not? I usually stick with the Thinkthin because they are certified gluten-free. Anybody use these and have any problems?

We eat Lara Bars all the time.  Never glutened.  Just simple ingredients.  I keep them in my purse always.  I use them on bike rides too.  Great for traveling.

I have had both and they are fine.  I don't LOVE them - but they are gluten-free

I'm going out today and am going to stock up then. $1.00 a bar is a pretty good deal and I'm always looking for a way to save money.

Yes, that is a good deal.  HAve you tried Kind bars?  They are nuts and other things.  Some are like a yummy candy bar.

Sometimes you can find Luna bars in a box of 6 and they will be less than $1 a bar.  I think I have gotten them at Target that way.

I'll keep a look out but right now at Kroger's near me they're 10 for 10

I was undiagnosed for quite a few years. I now have neuropathy in my hands and feet. Be watchful of something like this and definitely see a neurologist if having symptoms like numbness in your extremities.

Hello, @jadeceoliacuk, Has your son been tested for nutritional deficiencies?  Celiac Disease causes malabsorption of essential nutrients which can result in nutritional deficiencies.  Supplementing with essential vitamins and minerals is beneficial.   I would find a nutritionist more knowledgeable about Celiac and ASD, before taking herbal supplements that don't contain essential vitamins.
