Universal testing should start in all schools as early as possible.  I was diagnosed  in 7th grade from a basic sports examination by a Dr.   My Father basically turned a blind eye and said nothing wrong with my son.  A basic examination by a Doctor or good Nurse can see the signs of Gluten allergies. Just need the direction to do so.
