What is your favorite non-chemical sunscreen safe for our kids?

I'm looking for sunscreens for my kids that are safe (fingers go in mouths, etc) and would like to try to find a non-chemical one.  Is Badger brand safe?  What do you all recommend?

Thanks!

I am past this issue (have a teen), but I highly recommend swim shirts and hats!  Okay, we were the only dorks on Mediterranean beaches covered up, but no burns!  I guess the shirts are more common here in California.  A shirt, some zinc oxide on your nose (they make colors now which is great for water polo teams) and you look like a surfer, even if you are just using a boogie board.  We do surf, but that is when we wear wetsuits.  The Pacific is cold!

I use beyond coastal before, they have a natural mineral one also...but it like most "natural" ones that use mineral powders instead of the chemicals are quite chalky and leave you looking white.

@CeliacPsycho246, You might try cutting out dairy.  Some of us react to Casein, the protein in dairy, the same as to gluten.

Yep, the edit window times out very quickly. It's okay. I got a good laugh out of it.

I wrote that by mistake and there is no where I can edit this.

I hope you meant "pen pal" instead of "paypal".
