Hello! I’m able to take in some dairy now and realized cheese doesn’t bother me at all. I know everyone says most cheeses are safe. So just wondering which brands kraft? Sargento? Aldi brand? Also my favorite cheese is feta cheese. Which feta cheese brand is safe? Thanks all.

I'd say Kraft since they have a policy to label any gluten ingredients.  But I don't eat eat regular dairy cheese so I am not up on the brands.  I eat Daiya cheese though and it is gluten-free and dairy free.

I have never seen any cheese that would not be safe for Celiacs except the occasional  that it is made with beer.  It will proudly proclaim that on the package and I don't thing any of the mainstream brands make that - its more of a specialty cheese.

-_- I have various issues with cheese from a gut issues, allergies, and the stand point of humans and bovine hormone ridden breast milk..my personal choices for cheese alternatives are stuff like

Violife...makes vegan Feta...I have been dying to try their cheeses and hear good reviews. They also make other cheeses.

Kite Hill makes great Ricotta, the truffle cheese from them....yeah you will eat the whole thing in one sitting stuff is addictive,  decent cream cheese if you can stomach xantham gum (only one they have that has it).

Miyoko Creamery makes great mozzarella and even a smoked version I hear they make great cream cheese and wheels also but I have not gotten any.

Leaf Cuisines makes the best smoked gouda, and a strong garlic and herb cheese

Tree line Scallion is glorious, and their garlic and herb is milder then Leaf cuisines but decent flavor...the peppered is meh.

Daiya Blocks flavor wise are better then the shreds, the jalapeno Havarti is one my my dads favorites and he loves their cheddar...again xantham gum so not for me. Their cream cheese is decent but noticeable artificial. Their shreds come in 2 formulations a high melt version (cutting block) and standard I they taste better cooked into recieps over raw.
Daiya recently started offering cheese sauces...like the stuff they used to sell with their mac&cheese but just the sauce.

Lissanatti makes the best "raw" shreds for cheddar and mozz.

Parma makes great Parmesan sub...the better then bacon one is SUPER addicting.

I heard good reviews on so delicious cheese....but corn makes makes me not even able to do a chew and spit taste without an allergic reaction.

I recently found a creamery you can contact about getting cheeses...I found their sauce on a site and got it.....great Alfredo sauce.

Did you take a look at my pics that I uploaded?    These rashes is not itchy, but I have seen that people have this too that have celiac and it’s not itchy for them either. I have also heard that sulfur burps are a common things with celiac too.  Yes it can be something else too but it’s to much symptoms that I have that match with either gluten sensitivity or celiac.   Hopefully it’s just gluten intolerance and not celiac.  As I said before I have the gen type for celiac and diabetes typ 1 and the those diseases going hand in hand.    Thanks again Trent for your time to reply, and I wonder if any body else have kind of the same symptoms that I have?

Welcome Connie Smitj,  Did you have a follow up test to see if the treatment for H Pylori was successful?  It's possible to catch it again, especially from a partner.  When I contracted it a second time my wife was tested and was positive for two of the bacteria in H Pylori.

Welcome to the forum, @Connie Smitj! Can you give us a little more history about your celiac journey? How long ago were you diagnosed and how long have your been gluten free? Do you have other symptoms besides quick onset of hunger after eating and gut pain? How long have these symptoms being happening?

I eat a gluten-free diet but hunger pains start within an hour of eating dinner. I  had h pylori infection before I was diagnosed. Occasionally I’ll have bouts of pain. Could it come back or is it just celiac disease?

Scott, am I missing something? For the TTG-IGA normal is anything 3 or less and his score less than 2. I think that one is in normal range. @Brown42186, if the GI doc is not interested in doing an endoscopy with biopsy of the small bowel lining based on the elevated TTG-IGG I would request a repeat on the bloodwork now that you have resumed gluten consumption again.
