Does anyone use this brand? It’s not certified. I want to try their tater tots and French fries but I went on another forum to ask about them and I got some negative reviews.

I have a few packages in my freezer.  While not certified gluten-free, it is marked Gluten Free on the label by Kraft.  This means it has less that 20 ppm.  They are pretty handy to have although  admit it would be better to fry my own, but sometimes there is not enough time!

I have eaten them and have never been glutened.

Thanks so much for the response.  This applies to the tater tots and the French fries? My biggest fear is always cross contamination. Sometimes I deprive myself because I’m scared. I don’t always have symptoms from being glutened so I always want to make sure the food is safe because I don’t want it damaging my insides eventually developing into cancer. I’m a worry wart when it comes to my diet but like you said sometimes there’s not enough time to cut your own potatoes. And I’ve never been able to make tater tots

I've had the Golden Fries, Fast Food Style Fries, Crinkle Cut and Hash Browns from Ore Ida with no issues.

I also lightly toast Schar Chibatta buns for hamburgers or cheeseburgers. They are kinda small but they seem to hold together better than any of the gluten free buns I've tried. They have them at Walmart.

I've used Ore-Ida products (most varieties of fries and tater tots as well as Steam & Mash potatoes) since my dx 6 years ago with no issues at all.

How do you do allergy tests? The primary doctor sends you to an allergist?

1/1/2 slices of bread is likely not enough. Current guidelines for the gluten challenge are recommending 10g of gluten daily which is about the amount found in 4-6 slices of wheat bread. Physicians in practice are often working from outdated info.

Please list the ingredients of the granola. It may have nothing to do with gluten but an allergy or sensitivity to some ingredient.

I have alerted surgeons that they need to check with manufacturers and labs to vet the anesthesia. My hands surgeon did that and I was ok so reconstruction surgeon called her to use same anesthesia. They certainly wouldn't have taken just my word.
