Okay, so, "make you feel poorly or experience poor health" then. Many celiacs in the early and middle stages of progression are not doing poorly. We call them "silent celiacs". They are largely asymptomatic. -

Welcome to the forum, @Lynda scott! Lynda, your sentence is a little awkward so could you provide some clarity? You say, "if I go out for bread it's what I choose as little gluten free choices". Are you speaking of going grocery shopping or going out to eat at a restaurant? You seem to be saying there are few gluten free choices but I am not sure... -

Help understanding test results after negative biopsy
After testing positive for a celiac antibody a few months ago, I had a biopsy. Came back normal, but the doc only took two samples from duodenum so given all I have read about patchy damage I am concerned if it was an accurate result. They just redid my labs with gene testing included, here are the results. Again, only high antibody is deamidated...
