I have read that strawberries grow in hay or straw that is from wheat and so this makes the strawberries contaminated I was wondering if this true ? Do strawberries bother people I think they do but I'm not sure I just cut them out

It could be true, if you were buying them from a little farmer like a neighbor.  Most commercially grown strawberries are grown using plastic to insulate the strawberries.  I live in California where strawberries are grown locally and sold from stands.  Even small strawberry patches use the plastic.

Here is what a Canadian celiac group has to say:

I eat strawberries and all the other foods you say you “ react to” on other threads.   Sounds like you have some other thing going on like a fructose issue or that raw food is harder to digest.

Strawberries are sometimes grown that way, but it is increasingly being done with the plastic over the ground or in hydroponic setups. Call the grower and find out if you are concerned. If you are still reacting then you just have an issue with strawberries, they are on up there with common allergens, and the fructose is an issue for many. I myself was calling stuff out of strawberries a few years ago, never figured it out but suspected the fructose was flaring my UC.

Mushrooms are also a hit and miss grown from barley, rye, or wheat seeds sprayed with the spores. Again I had to call different growers to find one I did not react to.

Thanks @Scott Adams for this information. I also found some options as well. One of them is also offering gluten free seafood menu with alot of options as well: https://pappadeauxmenu.com/

HI, yes I get this reaction if I eat gluten by mistake or if I eat high fodmap foods as well.  I become nauseous, vomit then it hits the muscles, my legs sometimes give out.  It takes a while to feel "normal" again.

The first step would be to re-examine your diet to see if hidden gluten is the cause. Eating out would be the number one source of contamination, even if restaurants offer gluten-free menus and options.

You may want to see al allergist and run a standard food allergy panel to see if wheat allergy could contribute to this, but again, the most likely culprit if you have celiac disease would be gluten contamination.

Any specific tests you would recommend to check for other allergens or issues ?
