How to make diseases disappear

I saw this video today and it got me quiet curious.

This MD / Doctor, has had a tremendous amount of luck reversing Auto immune diseases ( Diabetes, Hashimoto's ect ) in patients through simple methods of Diet, Sun-light, Lowering Stress, Correct Sleep Patterns and various other things.

I thought this was a really interesting way to look at Celiac Disease, Rather than simply cutting out Gluten , there seems to be a myriad of underlying things to cure ( and who knows this might even reverse it in some people ).

I myself am guilty of all of the things he mentioned, Terrible Sleep Scheduele for years, Processed Food out the Wazzo, Stress Levels above average ( due to moving countries, starting several companies ect ), and boom sure enough I developed Celiac Disease.

It makes me wonder if I were able to correct the underlying issues ( diet, sleep, sunlight, stress ect ) if perhaps there's a chance my celiac / gluten intolerance might reverse?

Not saying this will work for everyone but It's quiet fascinating.

I'm sorry but no there is no 'cure' for celiac once it develops. However by strictly following the diet you can become symptom free and issues you didn't realize were associated with celiac may resolve. For example, I have never had another migraine since diagnosis and my arthritis got a great deal of relief. Both will flare if I am glutened though so I don't consider them gone.

Celiac disease is an auto-immune condition.  I imagine you got some immunizations as a child or sometime?  Probably got a shot for measles or some such?

Well, if so, you are still immune to measles.  And probably tuberculosis if born in the USA. If your immune system were to "forget"  it had learned to fight measles or tuberculosis, you could get those diseases again.  But that rarely happens.  So you are safe from those diseases because your immune system learned to fight them and will do so until you die.  You don't have to worry about going to the airport or crowded places because your immune system is protecting you constantly.  Celiac disease is the same thing.  Your immune system learned to fight gluten and it always will do that.

If you could be born again with a brand new "innocent" immune system you might not develop celiac disease.  But that's not so easy.

And he is right - you treat Celiac through diet.  But if you stop the diet, it will come back.

After looking at Google images, the spleen is on the upper left abdomen, too!  An organ, part of the lymphatic system for immune function.  A filter.  Wonder how this relates to gluten sensitivity?

Hey, mistake in my post,  pancreas TAIL is on the left side.  Head is middle back of belly,

Hello, everyone, This upper left side pain is interesting to me.  I have this same pain almost all the time.  Started 2009 when I got diverticulitis for the first time.  Then had left ovarian cyst removed and a diagnosis of endometriosis all over inside.  Been attempting gluten-free since 2018.  It's not perfect, but still have that left sided pain.  Like up under the rib cage.  I believe the pancreas head is on that side, so I often wonder if I have a tumor or something there.  But it could also be an endometriosis adhesion in my belly.  I never got scraped.

One of my biggest issues is when a brand chooses to label one item gluten free, but not another. Why is Hunt's diced tomatoes labeled gluten free, but not the paste or sauce? I would have assumed they were all gluten-free, but why label one and not the others? It makes me suspicious.

Most of these items would be naturally gluten-free, with very little chance of cross contamination, thus they don't typically label them as gluten-free. If wheat is a potential allergen large companies disclose this in the ingredients as "Allergens: wheat."
