I contacted Publix a while ago asking for a list of their gluten free products. I haven't heard back from them. Does anyone know of any Publix brand gluten free products?

The Clan Thompson Smartlist of gluten-free food that I buy for my PDA has a ton of Publix products in it, so they do seem to know what they carry. If they don't have a list on their website, maybe yours is still in the mail.

I contacted Publix via their website. They did get back to me to say I had to go to my store and ask to see the manger and ask for their gluten-free product list. I am prepared to have the guy stare at my blankly in the next couple hours when we attempt our grocery shopping today, to restock everything we just threw out of the pantryfridge today. I'll post what the manger says when we return.

I fot Publix confused with another store. The manager had never heard the word gluten before but said if they had something like that, it would be in their healthy food isle and he was right. There is was, all of maybe three soups that were safe. I went back and pulled up Publix's e-mail and they said I had to call their 800# and they would mail me a copy of all their gluten-free foods. The manager told us that his old store 4 miles out had three times the health food stuff as this store so I will call for the list and see if it's worth going to the other store or not. Sorry I gave incorrect info on Publix earlier.

I called their toll free number and got a 9 page list the next week. Did you call 800-242-1227?

I forgot to mention that I e-mailed Publix again just to tell them that the manager at my reg. store (who is new to my store but not to Publix) had never heard the word gluten before. So if they don't mind, maybe they could tell their store managers (at least them) where the gluten free foods are in the store. At WF, I only asked for help to find two things and the clerk putting out stock knew exactly where my items were. I'm happy that Publix has a list of gluten free items but if I can't locate them in the store what good will the list do me?

I called the 800 number this morning and they said they will be mailing me out a list. Thanks again for the info.

I was in my local Publix picking up some pork chops today and decided to ask the manager if they had a list!!! Yes, they looked at me like I was an alien :P , No they had never heard of gluten, didn't even know there was such a thing... basically told me to contact the main office and research it my self... nice.

ok, so I did contact the corporate office, they sent me TWO copies of the 9 page gluten free Publix brand foods list... I took one copy to the Asst. Manager at my local store, he was very appreciative (oh I forgot to mention he had called me at home to try to figure out what the heck I was talking about asking for a gluten free list!) And then today I went by myself and perused the aisles with my Publix brand list... I couldn't afford to buy everything, but I did end up with Salsa, Taco Seasoning, Apple sauce (for the kid), french fries, tator tots, and a bunch of shredded cheeses. I'm very pleased. This is gonna save me bunches on my food bill!

If the manufacturer says it contains gluten, then I would definitely go with that over the government website.

Yes-sorry for that mistake. Nature's Bounty.

It wasn't the pharmacist. It was the manufacturer. I called Reddy Labs. Reddy Labs said that their Sumatriptan SUCC has gluten in it. The government website information is from December, 2020. So do I trust 4-5 year old information or the information that the manufacturer told me today? Given that it is for my profoundly autistic, developmentally disabled son with celiac disease and migraines who cannot tell me if he suspects he has been exposed to gluten, I went with the information from the manufacturer given to me today. I do wish I had brought them home and run my EZ Gluten and LEOverified test on one of the pills crushed up. But I was so shocked when the manufacturer told me that the pills contained gluten that I put them in the CVS medicine disposal immediately.

People say lots of things, but the site above is a government website and should have the correct ingredients (perhaps ask the pharmacist where they got their info?).

They’re a Canadian brand so I’d assume you’d be able to buy from the US. You can buy them directly from their website but also on iHerb.  Hope your daughter feels better soon.
