Have you checked “ find me gluten free”?  You can choose “ dedicated “ in the filters.

Just wanted to add that Atlanta has several 100% gluten free restaurants.  Worth a weekend drive for a celiac!

      @CeliacPsycho246, You might try cutting out dairy.  Some of us react to Casein, the protein in dairy, the same as to gluten.
