hello. i smell horrible. yesterday a long time friend i haven't seen in awhile let me sit in her car while it was bring worked on and it was cold outside so i had the doors and windows up and closed. after an hour or so of windows and doors being closed on t car when the mechanic opened the back hatch and all the air i had been sitting in and breathing out into went directly in to his face/mouth i felt so bad. i have a hard time getting  primary care physician to test me for anything. any suggestions about fecal body odor and gi problems? ibs? C diff- ?????

      Depending on which source you research sprouting or fermentation can reduce lectins. I sprout rice, buckwheat and quinoa. However, I admit that gas and intestinal inflammation still plague me after 5 1/2 mo gluten-free. I have been resisting but I may try the aip diet at some point.

      thank you knitty kitty. I will give those articles a read. Yes he is deficient in Iron and Vit D, that is all they tested for. Do you have any tips for finding a pediatric nutritionalist? He has an NHS dietician who has been helpful sending me generalised info on increasing Iron and cutting out dairy but they won't see him now for another year and I...
