Does anyone know of what spices can make a gluten free taco spice to add to burger?

A bit of cayane powder, chili powder, pepper flakes, a bit of tyme, paprika,a little bit of salt and some pepper.

Don't forget the cumin. That's my favorite taco seasoning.

I HAVE READ A SAFE LIST THAT LISTED McCORMICK'S TACO MIX SAFE

I know McCormick will clearly label gluten so just check. I use Ortega (I always read the label in case they change it). I am too lazy to make my own. I know it is easy.

Spice Hunter's Fajita Seasoning is also nice and easy if you don't want to make you're own.

Gluten Free Pantry also makes a fajita seasoning mix that's yummy. When I make tacos I sprinkle in dark chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Sometimes I add powdered tomato sauce too. I do it all to taste, so I couldn't tell you amounts.

I used the whole recipe in two pounds of hamburger and it made amazing taco salad. Next time, I'm going to make up a ton of this so I can have it on hand.

if any of you have a Publix near you, their Publix Brand Taco Seasoning mix is gluten free! It's on the list they sent me and we used it last night for dinner! I was very excited to have taco meat that was all seasoned out!!!! I usually just used garlic salt, pepper, and onion powder in mine and that was pretty bland...
