I suffered for years with stomach and bowel problems I always had loose stools, suffer with extreme brain fog and anxiety also migraines. I was diagnosed with IBS. I am currently off work for 4 weeks suffering from intermittent vomiting, severe bloating, brain fog, feeling of fullness unable to eat properly and feeling ill.I have never had the vomiting before it’s small amounts mainly after drinking fluids an hour or so after eating. Had a scan all okay. Could it be intolerance to gluten?

Sure, it could be gluten intolerance or celiac disease.

I was misdiagnosed IBS by symptoms only for 20 plus years until a team diagnosed me gluten intolerance.  celiac/NCGS have many symptoms some of which are similar to what you describe.

Can you tell us more what you mean by "Had a scan all okay"? Were you screened for celiac disease?

If you do want to know for sure and get a blood test for celiac disease this article might be helpful. You need to keep eating gluten daily for 4-6 weeks before testing, and keep eating it until all tests are completed:

@CeliacPsycho246, You might try cutting out dairy.  Some of us react to Casein, the protein in dairy, the same as to gluten.

Yep, the edit window times out very quickly. It's okay. I got a good laugh out of it.

I wrote that by mistake and there is no where I can edit this.

I hope you meant "pen pal" instead of "paypal".
